Is there a fee or cost for your services?
- Our services are provided at no fee to applicants. As an applicant, you will not pay for any of the services Hobbie Professional Staff Management provides.

What is involved in the application process?
- You will need to complete an application. You will be asked to provide a resume and complete work history information as well as asked preference of type of work, commuting distance, salary expectations, and preference in permanent or contract work.
- After the application is complete, you will interview with one of our staffing managers who is an expert in your field. During the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss what experience you have and what your career expectations are for your next position. The staffing manager will be able to provide you with career advice and resume writing tips.
- Once the interview has been completed, you may be asked to complete testing to assess your skill level in various software programs or specialized skills.
- Hobbie Professional Staff Management does reference checks with previous employers and other references provided by applicants. Once reference information is complete, you will be offered jobs based on all the factors of your interview and assessment process.
- As a candidate of Hobbie Professional Staff Management, you will be required to submit to a criminal background check and a drug screen.
How can I stay informed about open positions?
- Some of our positions will be posted on our website. We also ask that you stay in touch with your staffing manager on a weekly basis.
How soon can I start working?
- Job availability changes on a daily basis. Once our application process is complete you will be considered based on your preferences, experience level, and career expectations and will be offered appropriate positions as they are available.

- Your staffing manager will advise you on how often to follow up.
What if I am not interested in a certain position when it is offered, it is all right to turn it down?
- Not every job is going to meet the career expectations or preferences you have. If you are not interested in a position you are free to decline. We will continue to offer positions to you based on your preferences and career expectations.
What if I am on an assignment and decide it is not for me?
- We realize that not every job is a good fit for you; sometimes you do not know that until you have tried the position. If you are on an assignment and find it is not going to work for you, we will ask that you contact us immediately. You will be asked to stay at an assignment long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. As with any interaction, COMMUNICATION IS KEY. We expect open communication from our field employees and they can expect the same from their Hobbie Professional Staff Management representative.
